With over three decades of experience in retail and as a business owner since 1992, Joanne’s journey spans work in cafés, newsagents, and retail management, where she honed her entrepreneurial skills.
Entirely self-taught, Joanne has built a deep understanding of business operations, ensuring that Coffs Gas Company runs smoothly and efficiently. Her commitment to fostering strong relationships with customers and her team reflects her belief in the importance of personalised service and community connection.
Outside of work, Joanne cherishes time with her six grandchildren, who are her greatest joy. In her spare time, she enjoys working on jigsaw puzzles and tending to her fish pond, hobbies that reflect her love for creativity and focus.
